Ok...bad print scan... yes yes printed from a negative not a digital file...
print available....i wish i could show this to you all in real life....it may not be the greatest picture (though it makes me laugh to see roxy and rosy look like serial killers) ....roxy (girl at left) is actually in perfect focus and it looks really sharp on the ilford satin prints i made from the negative this morning...
i also made a picture just out of the left side of this...but its different, somehow. ill submit it later, maybe...if this one doesnt get completely shot down.
uhhhh.... so .... this is (or shortly will be) up on my new website that i have, thanks to *hammontree ... [link] . yay. i think. hehe. sorry, its late...and im on a new antibiotic to fix a few things and its making me a tad light headed....
love the mystery of the locked walls, thats what she said.
there's nothing i don't like about this...well, ok, one thing.
I don't like the space between their heads. get them a little closer together, and I think the photo is stronger. Don't have them touching, because that would add too much cuteness to the shot.
Otherwise, they look great. I like this one. Good work as usual marcy. Keep it up. I'm really happy I've been able to see you grow so much in the past year as a photographer.

Take a look around...the world is not square.
even if its a bad scan it looks good. i know the problem about prints and how they look scanned on the screen. thats one point why i changed to a digital cam.
anyway what i like about the picture is the composition and the expression one the faces. it was good to give the focus on the left person, because the right one speaks a lot even if she is kind of blurred. the contrasts are good, but maybe a bit too dark in some parts of the picture. but hey, if they shall look like a killer, dark is good! i dont agree with *filmostiy, that the space between them could be a tad less. i think it separates the differen faces and their expressions more.
nicely done, really.
